Even if you’re not planning to order food, we still need your input! Please take a moment to log into Cheddar Up and let us know what type of pancakes your child would like for Free Pancake Day (June 9th):

Please see below a letter from our Balaclava Fun Fair Committee.

Fun Fair planning has started and we are in need of a few more coordinators to help plan and execute this year’s 25th Balaclava Fun Fair on Thursday May 22.  Without the help of more coordinators we will be unable to run the Fun Fair.

We have lots of roles to fill and would like to have duplicates in each role to help make the workload easier and have backups for the day of the event. We will also have highschool student’s to run the games and other adults helping on the day of the event.

We are still looking for help in the following roles:

Roles that have already been filled have been removed from the list.

• Highschool Volunteer Coordinator (2 people)
• Adult Volunteer Coordinator (2 people)
• Games Coordinator (2 people)
• Silent Auction Coordinators (3 people)
• Silent Auction Basket Maker (1 person, already have 2 others to help)
• Bake Sale Coordinator (2 people)
• Face Painting Coordinator (2 people)
• Snow Cone, Cotton Candy & Popcorn Coordinator (2 people)
